Your safety has always been, and continues to be, a primary focus for our team at North Seattle Dental.
As we continue to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, you can be assured that we’re taking every precaution on our end to protect you when you visit us for your dental care – from the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave –> Here are some Safety Precautions We’ve Added!
We’ll keep you as safe as possible, but we still need a little help from our friends, like you. In order keep everyone safe – including our dentists and staff – we need your help.
Here are 2 ways you can help us keep everyone safe:
1. Fill Out the Questionnaire – Before Your Appointment
Before your scheduled appointment with us, you will be sent a link to complete a brief COVID-19 screening questionnaire.
- When do you fill it out? This questionnaire must be completed 48 hrs. prior to your appointment.
- Where is it? Look for the link in your appointment reminders – you will receive several reminders.
- If you are unable to complete the questionnaire, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
2. Wear a Facemask When You Visit Us!
While WA state has recently made updates to facemask requirements for fully COVID vaccinated people, facemasks and social distancing are still required for visitors, regardless of their vaccine status, at health care providers – learn more about these updates here.
On the day of your appointment, you can rely on our team to keep you safe at every step of your visit with us – from the moment you arrive at our building to the moment you leave our office. We have taken enhanced precautions to protect you, in addition to extensive team training on infection control and patient management procedures.
While some things have changed at our office to keep you safer, you can still expect to experience the same expert care from the friendliest dental team in Seattle!
We look forward to seeing you soon. And in the meantime, if you have any questions, concerns, or you need to make an appointment, please call us at (206) 524-1000 or contact us online.
