Taking Care of Business and Keeping Patients Happy – Meet Lisa

Lisa North Seattle Dental Manager

Helping the North Seattle Dental practice move smoothly and keeping patients happy is what Lisa does best. And she’s been doing it for over 14 years! Originally from Snohomish, Lisa is a Pacific Northwest original, who is just as comfortable getting dressed up for a night on the town with her hubby as she is exploring the backcountry on her Polaris snowmobile.

Lisa North Seattle Dental Manager Favorite Seattle area hideaway? Snohomish – my hometown of course!

Favorite Seattle restaurant? I don’t go to Seattle often, but when I do I prefer a seafood restaurant like the Crab Pot – messy and yummy.

3 best things to do in or around Seattle? Take a boat through the Ballard locks, go on a ferry ride, go shopping in the small local businesses or at the farmers’ markets, and watch the sunset – OK, that’s 4 but they’re all fun!

What film can you watch over and over again? Overboard with Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell.

Any show you can binge watch? Currently watching Reign – the costuming is amazing!

Cat or dog person? Both, but I currently have a cat.

Rock concert or opera? 70’s and 80’s Rock!

City life or the country? I’m a country girl, all the way!

Favorite flower? Peony and any fall blooming flowers.

What’s your favorite season? It’s difficult to choose. That’s why I love the Pacific Northwest because we get a little of everything. Fall is top for me, the cool air, the leaves turning color and the beauty of it all. 2nd is winter because I love snowmobiling! Summer is 3rd because I love camping and exploring the Northwest with my family and friends.

Can’t live without a cell phone or coffee? I can’t live without either!

Mini-van, Cadillac or sports car? None. I love off-roading on my ATV and snowmobiling through the hills!

Favorite read of 2017 “If I Stay” by Gayle Forman.

If you were stuck on an island, what 3 things would you bring? My husband (Mr. Fix it), coffee (comfort) and Netflix (instant boredom buster!).

What’s your favorite vacation spot? Anywhere in the mountains near a river or lake.

If you were an animal, which would you be? An owl. They’re majestic, wise and can see everything around them.

Favorite food + least favorite? Favorite: Sushi, seafood, Italian and Mexican – what can I say? I love food! Least: Liver and onions – yuck!

Favorite ice cream flavor? Cotton candy!

Guilty pleasure snack food? Air-popped buttered popcorn.

Star Wars or Trekkie? Star Wars, and may the force be with you.

Favorite pastime or hobby? Jewelry and card making.
